Why Choose FDM Pellets?
Lower Material Costs
Pellets are 65% to 90% cheaper than traditional filament, making them an economical option for 3D printing.
Significantly Faster Output
Pellet-fed printers offer nearly 100 times the material throughput of FDM printers, drastically reducing production time.
Perfect for Large-Scale Prints
Pellets enable cost-effective printing of large objects, like furniture, by combining lower material costs with faster print speeds.
Easily Customize Materials
Easily mix in dyes, additives, and reinforcement fibers to craft custom composite plastics suited to specific project needs.
Eco-Conscious Printing
Pellet-based printing supports environmental sustainability by enabling the recycling of household plastic waste into new 3D printed products.

PETG
PETG(Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-modified) is a type of thermoplastic polyester that is durable, offers good chemical resistance, and is easy to mold and form, making it popular for various manufacturing and 3D printing applications. The “G” in PETG indicates that the material has been modified with glycol, which improves its toughness and clarity while reducing brittleness compared to regular PET.

PC
PC (Polycarbonate) pellets are high-performance, tough, amorphous, and transparent thermoplastic polymers. Widely used as engineering plastics, they are known for their exceptional impact strength, dimensional stability, and excellent electrical properties.

PLA
PLA (Polylactic Acid) pellets are biodegradable, bio-based materials, ideal for creating 3D filament or for use in pellet-fed 3D printers. They offer an eco-friendly solution for a variety of printing applications.

WOODEN-PLA
Wooden-PLA pellets combine PLA with wood flour, creating an environmentally friendly material that can be used under standard PLA conditions. This mixture is biodegradable, offering a sustainable alternative for 3D printing.

GF-ASA
GF-ASA (Glass Fiber Reinforced ASA) pellets contain 20% glass fiber by mass, providing excellent printability, warping resistance, and weather durability, making them ideal for outdoor applications and challenging printing conditions.

CF-PAHT
CF-PAHT (Carbon Fiber Reinforced High-Temperature Polyamide) pellets offer low shrinkage, low water absorption, and high stiffness. Designed for composite tooling, they can withstand curing and autoclaving temperatures up to 180°C, making them suitable for high-performance applications.

CF-PPS
CF-PPS (Carbon Fiber Reinforced PPS) pellets provide high strength and rigidity with a high continuous usage temperature and excellent thermal deformation resistance, making them perfect for demanding industrial applications.
